The hotel offers a great location with easy access to Jerez and free parking, making it convenient for exploring the area. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, providing a relaxing stay. The breakfast is diverse and enjoyable, and the pool area is a lovely spot to unwind. However, the service experience can be inconsistent, affecting overall satisfaction, and there were some maintenance issues during my visit.
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Jerez, especially during my son's wedding. The staff were incredibly accommodating, and the outdoor reception by the pool created a magical atmosphere. The spa facilities were excellent, offering a variety of treatments that helped us unwind. However, the limited hours for pool access and the snack bar offerings left something to be desired.
This hotel experience is delightful overall, with clean and comfortable rooms, friendly and helpful staff, and a lovely pool area to relax in. However, the breakfast options left much to be desired, so it was a bit of a letdown. Still, with its charming decor and proximity to Jerez's attractions, the stay was quite enjoyable and reasonably priced.
